We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in network troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a strong understanding of IP protocols, routing protocols, and quality of service.
Key Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day network operations and respond to tickets efficiently.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices like routers, switches, and access points.
- Collaborate with site support personnel to verify power supply and physical connectivity.
- Engage with ISPs and onsite engineers to resolve internet or link down issues.
- Ensure stable and reliable network services.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot faults.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Network space across a highly diverse Enterprise.
- Understanding of Network operating systems (Cisco IOS).
- Proven experience in network troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of IP protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP), routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS), and quality of service.
- Ability to take ownership of day-to-day network operations and respond to tickets efficiently.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS-ENT, or JNCIS-SP in networking or related fields.
