Lead Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Development Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, software development, and cloud technologies.

  • They must be able to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as they will be working with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
  • The candidate should have experience with Agile methodologies and be familiar with cloud technologies such as AWS.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and deploying AI-powered software applications and solutions.
  • Working with the Support Team and Tech Hub Team to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
  • Writing secure, efficient code and enforcing best practices through code reviews.
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner, Product Manager, Architect, and other leads to review project specifications and architecturally design features.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in C#.net, SQL Server, AWS, HTML, CSS, APIs, and Sencha/Angular/React framework.
  • Advanced knowledge of Dev-Ops, CI/CD, Terraforms, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience designing and writing secure and performant applications.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certification in Dev-Ops, Cloud Computing, or related field.
Skills and Abilities
  • AI working knowledge and experience developing AI Agents.
  • Advanced level programming in C# .Net framework and .NET Core, WCF, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, APIs.
  • Dev-Ops, CI/CD, Terraforms, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience designing and writing secure and performant applications.
  • Drive for innovation and learning.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across cultures.
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology.
