Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Software Quality professional to lead our quality initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development, a strong background in quality processes, and exposure to CMMI for Development and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive quality audits, process improvements, risk management, and compliance within a Tier-1 environment.
- Define, implement, and monitor software development quality processes in line with CMMI for Development and Agile methodologies.
- Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and related frameworks; conduct internal/external quality audits.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate software-related risks throughout the SDLC.
- Drive process enhancements, corrective actions, and adoption of best practices across teams.
Candidate Profile:
- 6–10 years of experience in the software industry, with a minimum of 6 years in software development (preferably product companies).
- Hands-on coding experience and a strong background in software development.
- At least 75% of career in Tier-1 firms, with certifications such as CMMI Assessment Team Member or ISO Lead Assessor preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CMMI for Development, Agile, and awareness of Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical ability.
