Job Overview

This role encompasses the responsibility of ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive testing documents to guarantee thorough test coverage.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the QA team to strategize and execute testing activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed testing documents to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Multitask various types of testing, including functional, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing.
  • Participate in regular QA meetings and triage calls.
  • Contribute to sprint planning and daily stand-ups in Agile environments.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure testing activities meet agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and development teams to report and escalate testing issues.
  • Provide estimates for testing activities and manage customer demo presentations when required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Software QA engineer.
  • Proven client-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Automation and Accessibility is an asset.
