Job Description

We seek an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist committed to meticulous quality standards.

The specialist will be responsible for complete QA responsibility as defined by the QA manager to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer requirements.

  • Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems.
  • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals/KPIs.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with our guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with production team to achieve better results.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure trend compliance, proper documentation, and issue tracking.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain and analyze problem logs to identify recurring issues, and report to management.
  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collect quality data through record maintenance and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all services offered.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is a must. 3+ year experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or related domains is required.

  • Comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages like Asian Languages and European languages.
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice.
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation.
