Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications through system studies, test case preparation, and automated testing.

The ideal candidate will have 0-1+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. They will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts using various testing techniques.
  • Collaborating with development, product management, and customer support teams to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Jenkins, and other open-source automation tools.
  • Designing and maintaining test environments, including setting up test data and configuring hardware and software.
  • Reporting and tracking software defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Analyzing and communicating test results and progress to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improving the testing process by implementing best practices, tools, and techniques.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools, software development methodologies, and version control systems.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with scripting languages is a plus.
