As a legal compliance officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting agreements to ensure alignment with internal policies and US corporate law.

You will maintain accurate records related to the legal and operational structure of entities in the US. This includes understanding basic contractual concepts and performing routine administrative tasks.

Additionally, you will provide executive support by handling confidential correspondence with discretion and initiative.

Key responsibilities include managing invoices, completing necessary forms, and assisting with project management tasks.

With strong logical reasoning and analytical skills, you will proactively address customer issues and conduct special projects as assigned.

Qualifications: 1-3 years of work experience, an Associate degree in Law or equivalent combination of education and experience are essential. You must also demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills, along with attention to detail.

A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet research, is necessary for this role. Additionally, a passion for continuous learning and professional growth, as well as adaptability to changes in the work environment, is required.
