Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to join our team.

  • Draft and review contracts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Assist businesses with regulatory matters, coordinate with departments, and conduct legal audits and due diligence.
  • Anticipate business needs for legal support and help define strategic plans.
  • Build intellectual property portfolios by filing new trademark applications.
  • Draft and revise company policies (internal and consumer-facing).
  • Manage complaints from authorities.
  • Draft legal notices in response to statutory authority notices.
  • Support HR in implementing internal policies and handling labour issues.
  • Coordinate with advocates and counsels on company litigation and prepare pleadings.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of legal concepts and is able to apply them in a practical setting. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
