Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a challenging role that involves assessing the quality of associates who deal with customers.

  • Monitoring inbound and outbound calls and emails to assess associate's demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.
  • Providing feedback and trend data to the concerned team.
  • Coordinating with clients on process-related issues and updates.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and initiate action plans for reducing variance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in collections process or similar field.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
