Leadership Role in Painting Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our painting services team.

This role will oversee the sales and operations of our painting services for specific regions, driving business growth and ensuring smooth execution of painting projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Lead and manage day-to-day operations, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Business Development & Strategy: Identify opportunities for growth, drive revenue by developing marketing and sales strategies, build campaigns to drive referrals.
  • Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction: Monitor net promoter scores (NPS), implement quality control processes, resolve customer complaints swiftly.
  • Training & Development: Organize training sessions, evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, educate and enforce safety protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in driving painting service businesses and operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs for service-based businesses.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in project management and client-facing roles.
  • Solid knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials (preferred but not mandatory).
