Job Title: Finance Operations Specialist


  • Promote the efficient management of financial operations across various modules.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications, specifically in finance-related areas.
  • Provide functional support for end-users and address any product implementation or integration challenges.
  • Develop creative solutions to overcome technical obstacles and optimize system performance.
  • Leverage your knowledge of Oracle Financial Modules to design and implement effective reconciliation processes and reports.
  • Work closely with the Oracle Support Team to resolve issues and improve system functionality.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance end-user skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to ITIL service management processes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by effectively communicating project status and progress to stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications in finance-related areas.
  • 7+ years' experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Financial Modules.
  • 5+ years of experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining independence.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expense Management, Intercompany, Oracle FRS, OTBI, FBDI, ADFDI.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
