About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Senior Consultant to lead our software engineering efforts, with expertise in Java, Python, and experience with Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable applications using Java and Python, leveraging object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Utilize Gen AI tools and frameworks to create innovative, AI-driven solutions that drive business growth.
  • Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, ensuring high-quality code delivery and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs, promoting agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps practices to ensure high-quality code delivery and efficient project management.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering, sharing knowledge with junior developers and promoting professional growth within the team.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Java and Python, with a solid understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), ensuring smooth deployment and scaling of applications.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus, enabling seamless integration with backend services.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/XP), facilitating effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills, enabling successful client relationships and project outcomes.
