Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a technology firm or fast-growth startup.
  • Significant software engineering experience across organizations, industries, and technology stacks.
  • A proven track record of mentorship and helping others grow in their careers.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for recruiting, combined with a thoughtful approach to team growth.
