Chief Cash Operations Specialist

As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of cash-related data between our ERP system and reporting tools.

  • You will work closely with various stakeholders to classify cash out details and reconcile data in reporting tools with our ERP system.
  • Collaboration with our FP&A team is essential to drive standardization and process improvements across the countries you manage.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to the deployment and enhancement of tools, systems, and other automations that support our financial operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience or understanding of P2P - Payments process is also desirable. Knowledge of ERP systems, data analytics, and reporting tools is necessary for this position.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with working knowledge of other MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills are also necessary to meet deadlines and deliver results.
