Qualifications:

  • Hands-on expertise with analytics tools, dashboards, and SQL.
  • Experience in leading an analytics team or mentoring analysts.
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in CRM such as churn prediction, propensity models, and uplift modeling is beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to translate data into business action.
