Job Description:

As a data-driven professional, you will play a crucial role in helping our organization make informed decisions by analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that showcase key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop reports using reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into campaign performance.
  • Work with large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
