Job Title: Azure Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Azure Data Analyst to join our team. As an Azure Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems using data from internal and external sources.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good exposure towards Azure services
  • At least 5 years of analysis experience
  • Intermediate level proficiency with SQL, specifically well versed with analytical features
  • Experience with Big Data/Analytics platforms/languages, Hive/Spark and Python/R
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau or other BI platforms to develop reports and dashboards

You will also possess excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience, technical and non-technical. Hands-on to get things done fast and ability to work without continual guidance.

In this role, you will directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using databases and reporting tools, mapping to business requirements. You will provide actionable insights to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing and defining metrics that tie back to business performance and initiatives
  2. Identifying and interpreting trends and patterns to attribute key business drivers
