We are seeking a seasoned Trade Finance Specialist to provide domain expertise and guide product development.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in trade finance operations, compliance, or consulting with a strong understanding of international trade finance instruments, regulations, and digital transformation initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Domain Expertise: Act as the domain expert for trade finance in platform development ensuring alignment with banking practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Workflow Definition: Define and validate workflows for trade finance instruments LCs Bills of Exchange Invoices Bills of Lading Import Export documentation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Provide compliance and regulatory inputs including UCP 600 ISBP FEMA AML KYC OFAC and ICC guidelines.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product technology and client teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Ai ML Validation: Validate Ai ML driven outputs such as OCR accuracy anomaly detection and classification of trade documents.
  • Risk Assessment: Support VAPT audit and risk assessments from a trade finance domain perspective.
  • Use Case Development: Prepare use-case scenarios test cases and acceptance criteria for new product features.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in client onboarding discussions demos and training sessions.
  • Business Continuity: Advise on business continuity requirements for trade finance operations.
