Job Title: International Trade Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage export operations. As an Export Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating export files and Bill of Lading details in the LARA system across India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update export files and Bill of Lading details in the LARA system on a Pan-India basis.
  • Update all remarks received from the Intermodal Team regarding Import and Export Cleanup files.
  • Handle all export invoice RFIs within the established turnaround time (TAT).
  • Respond to various queries received from vendors/GBS teams/customers.
  • Ensure timely provision of SDP and SDD code generation.
  • Follow up with vendors and GBS teams for outstanding bills payments and update the same to the Receivable team.
  • Coordinate daily with the Mumbai Intermodal Team for freight order generation and COL updation on the LARA and LISA systems within TAT.
  • Prepare reports on intermodal moves on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Address and resolve service-related issues or escalations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and hardworking individual.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
