Post-Close Analyst Job Overview

The Post-Close Analyst is a crucial role in our organization, responsible for reviewing and updating construction documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

They will maintain and update construction budget details while placing inspection orders with field inspectors.

Additionally, they will assign inspection orders to nearby inspectors and track their acceptance and scheduling within the stipulated timeframe.

Effective communication is key in this role, as the Post-Close Analyst will need to communicate effectively with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing or required documentation.

Coordination with stakeholders through email and phone communication is also essential to ensure order fulfillment.

The Post-Close Analyst will schedule and manage site inspections with field inspectors across the United States, following up to expedite order completion.

Finally, they will notify clients about order status updates via emails and chat messages to ensure transparency and efficiency.
