Mainframe Performance and Capacity Management

As a Mainframe Performance and Capacity Management professional, you will solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services.

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance. This role involves oversight of a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience with performance tuning of systems, practicing capacity planning activity during system up-gradation and proactively managing capacity planning on regular basis. A clear understanding about SMF and analyzing and drawing insights from SMF data Processing is essential.

This position requires experience with Workload Load Manager (WLM), Parallel Sysplex configurations, multiple LPAR environments, and experience in capacity performance reporting and modeling.
