Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead cross-functional initiatives, overseeing projects spanning IT and non-IT domains. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, stakeholder management expertise, and proficiency in program management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multiple projects of varying complexity across different functions.
  • Create and implement effective program governance frameworks, defining best practices for project delivery.
  • Design and maintain the Knowledge Management System (KMS), ensuring seamless information sharing among teams.
  • Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and opportunities, informing data-driven decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
  • Support project managers and scrum masters, ensuring alignment and delivering high-quality results.
  • Monitor progress, generate MIS reports, and present updates to senior leadership.
  • Travel as necessary to support program objectives.

Requirements:

  • Possess a graduate degree and demonstrate substantial experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Hold formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Show the ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hold certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • Showcase a track record of successful program delivery across diverse domains, including IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation is highly valued.
