Description
This role involves managing and supporting a Microsoft 365 environment, including core services such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform. As a skilled administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management and governance of these services, ensuring they are secure, compliant, and efficient.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer and manage core Microsoft 365 services to ensure high availability and performance.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement workflow automation using Power Automate and SharePoint workflows to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver M365-based solutions that meet their needs.
- Implement and manage security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies to protect sensitive information and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage permissions and access controls across the M365 suite to ensure only authorized users have access to sensitive data and applications.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, with a deep understanding of the M365 ecosystem, architecture, and integration capabilities.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration and automation, with experience working in hybrid or multi-tenant M365 environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, retention policies, and data loss prevention practices, as well as knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Intune.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
