• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track the performance of marketing campaigns, KPIs, and ROI.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and other BUs to align data insights with broader business objectives.
• Work cross-functionally to provide marketing performance insights to support decision-making in other departments.
• Design and execute SQL queries and Python scripts to retrieve, clean, and analyze large datasets.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Monitor the health of marketing initiatives, track customer acquisition funnels, and provide insights to enhance customer experience.

Key Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Experience working with marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and departments, ensuring data-driven decisions align with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.) is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
