Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content development team, you will be responsible for developing strategic content plans that drive engagement and conversion.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality, tailored content that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies that meet business objectives and align with our brand voice.

You will also be responsible for evaluating ideas and concepts against best practices, establishing effective working methods with internal teams and partners, and acting as a content expert within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a strategy role with content strategy as a core function
  • Strong understanding of content marketing (social, mobile, search, display, dotcom, ecom, digital OH)
  • Strong understanding of content formats, performance, testing, optimization, and search (SEM-SEO)
  • Strong understanding of content publishing and distribution methods and technologies
  • Ability to understand and interpretative multi-channel insight reports
