Lead Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Architect to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion, overseeing the development of project designs, including detailed drawings and BOQs.

  • Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead teams of architects, engineers, and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.

Requirements:

  • 10-13+ years of experience in architecture, preferably in a boutique company.
  • Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to represent design ideas confidently to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Foreign education or work experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial, residential, and institutional architectural projects planning and execution.

Working Environment:

  • Work closely with a team of professionals, including building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists.
  • Coordinate with project coordinators, architecture, structural, and MEP consultants, and liaison architects.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to prepare BOQs as per allocated budget and monitor preparation/updating of technical drawings.

Additional Requirements:

  • Disciplined and systematic in work deliverables.
  • Open to travel and available for ongoing project site visits and client meetings.
