Job Overview

Our organization seeks a highly skilled finance professional to collaborate with senior management in shaping the company's financial strategy. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling large volumes of data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze detailed MIS reports in various formats.
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and liaison with tax authorities.
  • Independently manage the preparation of Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards.
  • Utilize prior experience in audit coordination, preferably with Big 4 firms.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation.
  • Maintain flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • possess hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Required Qualifications

  • M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / IPCC / PCC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
