We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Expert to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's treasury operations.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing treasury functions, including cash flow planning, forecasting, and analysis. They will also possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, with a degree in Finance or Banking preferably accompanied by CA qualification/ MBA. They should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Reviewing funding needs and monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management
  2. Analyzing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc.)
  3. Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting
  4. Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging, etc.)
  5. Working Capital Management
  6. Managing banking relationships
  7. Driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region.
  8. Monitoring bank relationships and liquidity management
  9. Ensuring all banking and treasury compliances
  10. Borrowing Schedule / Debt Scheduling
  11. Overseas Payment /Letter of Credit/ Buyer Credit
  12. Daily cash management
  13. Bank Liaising
  14. Banking Reporting (Monthly/ Quarterly / Annual)
  15. Debt facilities management and CMA reporting to bank/ ODI / APR Filings
  16. Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk
  17. Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
  18. IDPMS and EDPMS documentation submission
