Key Responsibilities:

Technical Manager

 

This role involves overseeing the technical delivery of Java or Flutter-based applications, ensuring that they are performant, scalable, and maintainable.

 

The successful candidate will lead the complete software development lifecycle planning, development, testing, UAT, and production support.

 

Cross-functional collaboration with UI/UX, Product Management, or QA teams is essential to deliver robust solutions.

 

Responsibilities also include owning and managing client interactions, including requirement analysis, demos, and technical reviews.

 

Additionally, this role involves driving agile delivery, mentoring team members, and ensuring timely delivery milestones are met.

 

Hands-on support during critical technical challenges and acting as a technical escalation point are also key aspects of this position.

 

API coordination, third-party tool integration, and staying updated with the latest trends in web or mobile development are all essential skills for success in this role.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Development Background: Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) or Flutter (Dart).

 

Experience Building Cross-Platform Mobile Apps: Flutter or developing backend services in Java.

 

Proficiency in Modern Programming Languages: Java, Python, .NET.

 

Knowledge of Containerization Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.

 

Understanding of Data Architecture and Security: Microsoft Azure Certifications.

A degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with relevant experience, is ideal for this role.
