About the Role

You will play a vital role in supporting business teams execute functions related to transaction processing, timely response to queries, record maintenance, reconciliation, and liaising with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to procedures.
  • Work closely with branches process and execute transactions as per accuracy and quality standards.
  • Learn system functions and adhere to controls, ensuring smooth processing of transactions.
  • Support branches resolving operational incidents and reporting if necessary.
  • Provide suggestions improve and streamline operational processes.
Customer Focus

Deliver high-quality service enhance function's reputation meet customer expectations. Develop maintain strong stakeholder management key stakeholders within our organization.

People and Other
  • Good teamwork skills liaising Business teams for timely quality deliverables assistance services.
  • Perform checking processes operational issues escalated less experienced team members.
  • Reconcile daily pending transactions support Head Department determining level support new product offerings.
  • Maintain good working knowledge industry trends products relevant laws regulations.

Candidate Profile: Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience sound knowledge Loan Operations managing Disbursement Settlement Repayment Roll Over Long Term Loans Short Term Loans Trade Loans. Strong PC skills MS Office Good interpersonal skills understanding basic banking products local relevant regulations.
