Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, managing budgets and resources efficiently, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, cost, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business strategy.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Project Management Expertise: Expertise in SAP also Strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Extensive experience working with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business strategy.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
