We are seeking a proactive marketer with B2B experience to drive lead generation, manage campaigns, and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

Job Description
  • Lead Database Management: Build and segment lead databases using tools like Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo, targeting Global Enterprise SaaS, Healthtech, and Fintech accounts.

This role requires collaboration with our Product Marketing Manager (PMM), content, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage lead databases using data tools and software.
  2. Oversee Google ads campaigns with the performance marketer, ensuring alignment with PMM messaging.
  3. Develop and execute ABM campaigns for 100–200 high-value US accounts, coordinating with the PMM for personalized messaging and the Graphic Designer for creatives.
  4. Monitor MQL-to-SQL conversions, cost-per-lead (CPL), and pipeline growth in HubSpot; report weekly to the PMM and leadership.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign content, ad/video assets, and sequences.
Qualifications
  • Around 5 years of demand generation or B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity using AI tools to automate tasks.
  • Complete understanding of ABM and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing, Google Ads) a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with US market targeting (Enterprise SaaS, Healthtech, Fintech).
  • Eagerness to learn ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and HubSpot workflows.
