We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Literacy Educator. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of media professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging curriculum for students from grades 6 to 12, incorporating project-based learning and interactive multimedia content.
  • Classroom management and creative teaching methodologies to foster student participation and motivation.
  • Aid in setting up Learning Labs - stock planning, procurements, and resource allocation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct daily classes in line with course content and wise lesson plans, promoting hands-on learning and critical thinking.
  • Develop and curate innovative media projects with students to enhance their experience and showcase their creativity.
  • Plan and execute workshops for different stakeholders, including industry professionals and senior students, to foster knowledge sharing and networking.
  • Liaise with industry experts for expert talks, field visits, and student internships to provide real-world experiences.
  • Mentor and build capabilities of the Media Shala Club of senior students, guiding them towards leadership roles.
  • Plan and execute regular learning camps at Media Shala, promoting collaborative learning and community engagement.
  • Actively contribute to social media presence by strategizing and mentoring senior students in various roles for content creation.
  • Brainstorm digital content creation, brand, and marketing strategy for Media Shala, ensuring a strong online presence.
  • Manage coverage and creation of short-form digital videos for school events, showcasing student work and institutional achievements.
  • Take charge of Media Shala Lab operations and equipment, ensuring optimal use and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in the media industry, applying this knowledge to enrich student learning experiences.
