Drive Business Growth by Acquiring New IT Clients
This role requires a highly motivated professional with expertise in US IT staffing to drive new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, and deliver top IT talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and outreach to identify and acquire new IT clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of IT staffing opportunities to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, IT skill trends, and hiring demands in the US market to provide expert advice to clients.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and business development reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development/Account Management in US IT Staffing.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
- Strong knowledge of IT skills including Cloud, Data, DevOps, and Software Development.
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS programs and ability to work within them.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital outreach platforms.
- Deep understanding of US tax terms and proven track record in consultant placements.
