Job Overview

This role involves coordinating complex design concepts with multidisciplinary teams, refining selected options into schematics and final designs. It also entails cross-coordinating design requirements across disciplines for high-complexity projects and collaborating with stakeholders on value engineering.

  • Create detailed designs, drawings, and reports in line with project goals and timelines.
  • Review and validate design deliverables, incorporating client feedback and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

This position requires a strong track record of developing architectural designs for large and complex projects, with a solid understanding of international engineering standards and codes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing budgets, schedules, and contractual risks, as well as implementing quality control policies.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, preferably with a Master's degree in the same field. At least 10 years of industry experience in architectural design is necessary, along with a proven track record of delivering architectural designs for large and complex projects.
