Senior Architectural Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to lead architectural design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Create innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Construction Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings and documentation for building projects.
  • Team Leadership: Manage design teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
