Tender Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tendering & Portal Management:
    • Manage online procurement platforms, create categories, upload products and facilitate tendering processes.
    • Handle electronic tender submissions and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and quotations (RFQs).
    • Submit documents on various government portals including GeM, CPP, MP and State Government sites.

Tender Preparation & Submission:

  • Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, fixed deposit receipts (FDRs) and demand drafts (DDs) as per tender requirements.
  • Clarify bid conditions and ensure alignment with company needs.
  • Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements and attend pre-bid meetings.

Vendor Registration & Coordination:

  • Communicate with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals and renewals.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare technical drawings using computer software.
  • Manage filing, communication and administrative tasks including salary and attendance records.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong English/Hindi communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication and computer skills.
  • Experience liaising with government bodies is an asset.
