Structural Design Engineer Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plant engineering designs to produce efficient structural design concepts.
  • Review structural design basis for compliance with contractual specifications and relevant structural codes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze Staad and connection files for integrity of designs and identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Lead international projects, managing resources and expertise to meet global standards and expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, promoting professional growth and development.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in structural design and plant engineering, with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of structural codes and standards, enabling the development of safe and efficient designs.
  • Proficiency in Staad and connection design files, allowing for accurate analysis and implementation.
  • Experience managing or working on international engineering projects, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of success in collaborative settings.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities, ensuring seamless interaction with stakeholders and project teams.
