Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze project drawings and specifications to inform design decisions.
  • Design steel pole structures using industry-standard tools.
  • Create detailed designs for base plates, flange plates, arm connections, and miscellaneous components.
  • Develop structural designs adhering to NESC, ANSI, ASCE 48-11, and TIA 222-G codes.
  • Prepare comprehensive bid quotations, including pricing and estimation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in quality assurance meetings.
  • Engage with clients and attend regular meetings.
Requirements
  • A Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree or postgraduate qualification.
  • Proficiency in PLS Pole Tool.
  • Prior experience in designing poles and tower structures.
