
Sales Performance Specialist

As a sales data analyst, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by analyzing and interpreting sales data.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement data-driven strategies for sales growth.
- Conduct advanced data analysis and mining to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set sales targets and strategies based on data insights.
- Monitor and analyze sales funnel performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Track performance of business teams product-wise and present findings to management.
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems for lead tracking and customer interactions.
- Provide sales data and support to sales representatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, sales, finance, or a related field.
- Proven 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a sales context.
- Proficiency in data crunching and analysis (advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Highly organized with multiple task management skills.
- Prior CRM system experience is a plus.
