Job Title: Customer Service Representative

 

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for attending inbound calls from customers and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend inbound calls from customers and resolve their queries
  • Process customer requests and respond to their inquiries
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
