Transportation Coordinator

A critical position within the transportation network, ensuring seamless delivery and timely resolution of issues.

The role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth supply chain operations. It involves facilitating the flow of information between various stakeholders, including vendors, sellers, inbound supply chain category managers, and fulfillment centers.

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve any potential issues impacting vendor seller experience and business continuity.
• Work on Inbound operations, managing appointment scheduling at Fulfillment centers requested by Vendors sellers carriers, ensuring truck reaches FC for shipment delivery from vendors sellers as per schedule.
• Address any potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of freight placement and freight unloading at FCs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with various stakeholders: warehouses, category teams, carriers, and resolving any potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity.
• Planning and executing Inbound operations, scheduling freight for delivery in warehouses as per given appointment time.
• Providing timely resolutions to issues by researching and querying internal tools and taking real-time decisions.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills in English language are required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and correctly with all customers.
• Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
• Ability to concentrate - follow customers' issues without distraction to resolution.
• Must be able to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
