Product Designer

We are looking for a visionary product designer to shape the future of our platform. This role offers the opportunity to lead the design process for AI-powered features and supervise/mentor other product designers.

This position requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and systems thinking. You will define the strategy and vision for integrating new AI-driven features into the platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct user research to inform design decisions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in product design to create best-in-class experiences across various user journeys.
  • Develop intuitive, engaging experiences that help revenue teams succeed.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
  • Mentor and partner with junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and experience with designing AI products.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate systems thinking that connects individual data visualizations to create a coherent, end-to-end experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tool like Bolt.
  • A link to your portfolio is mandatory to be considered for this role.
