About Our Design Team

Our design team focuses on delivering intuitive user experiences across digital investment platforms.

We support various users, including retail customers, partners, and internal teams. Our goal is to simplify complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless interactions.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX process from research to prototyping and execution
  • Design high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma
  • Conduct user research and apply insights to refine designs
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders for implementation
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback

Key Challenges You Will Solve:

  • Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption
  • Create scalable UX systems tailored to user behavior
  • Define motion UX to enhance interactivity

Job Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of professional UX design experience
