About this role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support strategic initiatives through high-impact presentation development, executive-level reporting, and coordination across multiple business units.

This role offers hands-on mentorship and opportunities to take on increasing scope based on demonstrated performance and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and format executive-level presentations with strong structure, messaging, and visual polish.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to gain proficiency in presentation content development and storytelling.
  • Track and compile customer engagement activity to provide a consolidated view for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate weekly reports from cross-functional stakeholders into a single, polished report.
  • Support program tracking and executive coordination activities.

Essential Attributes:

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams.

Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred, ideally with an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, strategy support, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience working on executive-facing materials or reporting is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
