About this position

This role involves leading the development of business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the customer experience and BPO industries. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, with experience in scaling operations, client acquisition, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Strategy: Define and implement business strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Operations Management: Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee P&L management, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Governance & Partnership: Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries.
  • Strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
