About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to contribute to our Product & Business Growth team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional exposure in business analysis, client engagement, and marketing.

Packaging operations are being optimized through smart technology and seamless workflows by our Digital Mold Management Tool. As we scale, we're looking for fresh minds with strong analytical, business, and marketing acumen to help drive adoption across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Assist in preparing functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
  • Support the design and implementation of software modules and business processes.
Business Development (40%)
  • Conduct market research to identify prospects for the Digital Mold Management Tool.
  • Support client presentations, solution pitches, and proposals.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align with our offerings.
  • Assist in preparing business decks, demos, and proposals with senior guidance.
Marketing (20%)
  • Assist in creating marketing collaterals, brochures, and case studies.
  • Contribute to digital campaigns, social media content, and email outreach for lead generation.
  • Track competitor activities and share insights for effective positioning.
  • Collaborate on building thought-leadership content, success stories, and client testimonials.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • MBA in any specialization.
  • Foundational understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • 0-1 year of experience (Fresh MBA graduates are encouraged to apply).
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, interpersonal, and storytelling.
  • Adaptability to work across business, technical, and marketing functions.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
