Project Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

  • Take end-to-end ownership of construction projects from initial planning and resource allocation to on-site execution and final handover. Drive project schedules and budgets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth coordination and alignment of project goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, procurement strategies, and workforce deployment.
  • Enforce strict quality control and assurance standards throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Oversee effective labor, material, equipment, and budgetary resource utilization.
  • Identify potential risks early and develop contingency plans to minimize impact.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary project teams fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, financial tracking, compliance records, and post-project reviews.
Requirements

10-15 years progressive experience in construction project management with 5 years senior leadership role.

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
