Key Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ServiceNow administration, with a focus on GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules.

Primary Objectives:

  • Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform
  • Perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of ServiceNow administration experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes

Core Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is an advantage
