Job Summary:

The role of Supervisor is a critical position that requires strong leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain quality standards.

This is an on-site full-time role located in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between different departments, providing guidance and support to team members, and reporting to senior management on progress and any issues encountered.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Experience with project management tools and software is also essential.

Responsibilities:
